I ordered from PointAct on a Tuesday night. Product arrived at my door on Friday Morning via DHL Ground.
Shipping was very cheap at $12.
I ordered:
JG M733 $81
4x A&K Hicaps $6.50 each
AGM M14 Hicap $10
Boyi 8.4v 1100mAh Battery $14
ICS .2g BBs $12
2x JG AUG Hicaps $8 each (for a friend)
All but the AUG hicaps arrived in the package. In the package was a note stating that the AUG mags are on back order and will be shipping in mid July. This angered me but it happens. Not a big issue but the website was updated just after I place the order that it was out of stock.
Back to the packaging. The box was rather battered by DHL. The contents were well packed and not damaged.
Emails from the company were short and to the point. Instant updates on shipping and processing.
Other than the back order everything was excellent. The only problem I can see with ordering is the fact that the item description are not very good. Before ordering make sure you know what you are getting.

Pointact.com is great, I bougt 22 hicap mags and a boxmag for just over 150 dollars.
Prices are great, although they've raised the prices on their AEG line, mags are still dirt cheap.
They respond to e-mail inquiries, sometimes not so fast as one would hope, but they will answer your questions.
One negative aspect, as boba above pointed out, is that you can't find out much about the products that you're buying, I believe that this stems from the fact that Pointact imports many other type of products than airsoft, and do not specialize purely in airsoft. I personally do not find the lack of information to be a problem, you can find just almost any information you need on a given product on the internet.
Their products are on backorder often, but it's only because so many people order from them. I did a backorder and my stuff came just fine, even earlier than what they said.
Pointact.com gets a 9 in my book for providing insanely great prices for the U.S. airsofters looking for good value.

They dont test out the guns before shipping, prices just keep rising

Well my only real problem with them is that they do not check to see if the gun is working before shipping. I ordered a JG m16a2, Agm m14, and a D-boys M4 sir. Upon delivery the m14 did not shoot, there is something wrong with the allignment of the trigger. I suppose it isnt pointact's fault but it would be nice, if like most websites they tested them out
Also, somehow, someway, when i opened the m4, the flash hider was shattered, and all of the peices were spread throughout the box. No idea how that can even happen since it was well packed
