Description:	I ordered a concealment vest from Special Airsoft Supplies because it was on offer and another member of this forum mentioned the site. What i didnt know is that placing my order was a huge mistake. About a week after placing my order, it was still not dispatched yet so i emailed and phoned them asking whats the deal, but didnt ever get a response, not even to their 'live' msn chat. It was after this that i looked online for reviews of the store and found MANY disgruntled people with the same problem, the company takes your money and can spend several months to send the items, in some cases they didnt send the order untill they got a court order from the small claims court. After reading these reviews i filed a dispute with paypal (the payment with my debit card went through paypal to pay SAS), after a few days he responded saying the item was out of stuck for another 2 weeks, and that i should have recieved an automated mail about this (which i didnt). 2 weeks later, still not shiped, so i warned him i would escalate the claim, to which he still didnt respond so i escalated the claim, which paypal declared me the winner by default as he didnt respond to the escalation within 10 days, so i got all of my money back. In conclusion, no matter what, DO NOT ORDER FROM SPECIAL AIRSOFT SUPPLIES! They will take your money and not ship anything unless your get in contact with the small claims court who will force the SAS owner to take action. The SAS site is not online a disgrace for using the SAS name like this but their website and buisness violate many of the most basic trading standard laws set in place by the UK Trading Standards company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Negative aspects of the product (cons):	expensive products take ages to come

the only problem is if you order an aeg or gbb i had no problem bcause i ordered a magazine and a speedloader and collected them, but my m8 ordered a gbb after a year and a couple of visits he sill didnt have it so he visited more frequently and got an m16a2 instead ithin a month. the problem is you order the prodect then he orders it off a guy in china it takes ages to come then u eventualy get it MAKE SURE the product is in stock b4 u order it.

Ordered 2 mags which he claimed to have in stock. They have never shown up and he will not take phone calls or return emails. In a word - robbery.

Ordered 2 TM M16 standard caps from this place for my brother who is really getting into airsofting, 4 days after placing my order and it still says 'Processing', they have yet to reply to my email or even pick up the phone. I haven't even received a confirmation email that the order was recieved, they didn't fail to charge me though straight away.

In hindsight I should have read reviews first as it seems this is standard practice for this retailer.

I have now filed a dispute transaction with PayPal.

Do Not buy from these shysters.

Negative aspects of the product (cons):	Poor quality parts, only responded by threat of legal action.

I ordered to nunchuck batteries for a G36c, the order was taken, no response to e-mails querying delivery after 2 weeks of waiting.

chased up SAS weekly by e-mail and phone (I could never get a reply only an answerphone, eventually the answerphone was disconnected so I couldn't leave a message).

I warned them that I was cancelling the order and would be starting small claims court proceedings to recover the money and finally got an e-mail stating that the parts would be delilvered in 2 weeks time, I replied that SAS had over two months (more than reasonable time to fulfill the order and that I had to source the batteries elsewhere) and I was cancelling the order.

The batteries arrived two days later.

The quality was very, very poor - poor quality cells (not a recognised brand, and low Mah capacity - not the brand shown on the website), very poor quality of finish I could have bought the parts from a local electronics shop, soldered and heatshrunk the parts myself and made a better job of it.

Reported to local Trading Standards, apparently not the first complaint they have recieved.

At the time I did business they can only be described as a rip off merchant.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have placed 2 orders with Mark in the space of the past 3 months. The first order for a lipo charger went very smoothly and took no time at all.
I then read some of the reviews before I ordered a KSC Steyr TMP hardkick, silencer and extra mag. I was contacted by Mark and told it would be shipped on a Monday and it arrived by DHL on the Friday, which was quite impressive with it being the week before christmas.

I know others have had some trouble with SAS, but from my two experiences of shopping with them I canot reccommend them highly enough.

Ordered 2000ml green gas, unacceptable amount of time waiting for delivery, assuming it just won't come judging by other users experiences.

Won't pick up phone, won't respond to E-mail, didn't hesitate in taking my money within the hour.

Legalized theft. Avoid like the plague.

I know alot of people say "AVOID" Specail airsoft supplies and i didnt relly know about this untill i had placed my order, after i had placed my order i read the reviews i was like ##### so i contacted him via mobile and asked what was the estimated delivery time would be he replied within in the hour saying it would be shipped monday (i asked him on friday night) so i waited till monday and there it was a notifaction saying your items have been shipped with a DHL Tracking number which i tried and it worked and it came the next day. I know people dont trust him but i would use him again.
