aaka was reccomennded to me by a mate that had bought a load of Arktis gear form them. I had serious gear envy of his stowaway shirt (which btw is ace).
I logged on and bought the shirt, a water bladder and a coulpe of other odds and ends. All for a 72 hr expedition in the Lakes.
As enevitably happens one of the bits of kit was out of stock, so after contacting me about the dleay and me explaining that i needed the kit for the expedition, the guy not only personally walked my order to the courier himself, but instead of me waiting for the waterbladder i had ordered upgraded it free of charge to the arktis Hump (which was about £20 more expensive) free of charge. My kit arrived in perfect order at 08:00hrs the next morning.
All communication was polite, efficient and above all expectionally helpful.
I know describe them to my airsoft mates as a uk based gear orientated version of RSOV.
