This is a mainland China retailer and ALL prices on the site include International shipping. Ordered on Oct 2nd, shipment recieved Oct 5th.

Great customer service. Extremely fast replies to emails.

Ordered a couple of MC Combat Shirts, MC Range Vest (Have to equip the posse for Halloween @ Disneyworld).

Quality is A.C.M. level, so on par for what you are paying for.

So how's this for proactive customer service? I got an email from Ebaybanned.com stating they had a new version of the MC Combat shirt shortly after my first order with them shipped. It was in their usual Chinglish, so I took it as a little marketing email on their end.

Turns out the email was stating they were going to send me the new version of the MC Combat Shirt. The 1st generation had no velcro on teh sleeves for patches. 2nd generation does.

I was pleasently suprised when I recieved 2 replacement shirts today at no charge and not by any request on my end.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	International Shipping included in the price. Prices are low even with shipping included. Owner is very nice and responsive

I Ordered from eBayBanned on October 16th and received my order on Nov 3rd. That is a little slower than the other China shops i have ordered from. That is the only thing that did not live up to my expectations. I have a friend that ordered from them the day after and got his order the same day i did.

The thing about ebaybanned that i like the most is that the owner took time to talk to me on many occasions. He is a really nice guy. He told me recently that he was thinking about employing some more staff to help keep up with the increased demand that he has been having.

I will definatly be ordering from this site again. The quality of his products is definatly worth what you are paying and it is nice not having to guess what your shipping charges are going to be.

They still have the replica M@gpul stock btw, It's 'under the counter' due to legal threats. The website has a nice 'feel' to it as if someone's really trying hard to run a proper site.

I've ordered 23 items in 6 orders totalling over $800 within the last three months, mostly gear and clothing but a few gun accessories as well. I've been happy with everything except one item, but I should have known by the very low price that it would be slightly lower quality than I expected.

All my orders have gone well with the exception of the following which were handled well by Ebaybanned employees.

1. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size BDU. I emailed Ebaybanned (EBB) within a couple hours of my incorrect order to let them know that I made a mistake. Within 24 hours two EBB employees replied letting me know that they received my message and would be sure to send the correct size. +1 for EBB.

2. One of my orders was taking longer than expected so I emailed EBB to get a tracking number (they don't send one by default.) Within 6 hours they had replied with the tracking number (+1 EBB.) It turns out that the package was sitting at the mail depot for 10 days and I later found out that the notice of delivery had been put in my neighbour's mailbox by mistake.

So I can vouch that, in my case at least, when there are little problems with an order, they are very timely in replying to inquiries.

A few notes to those considering using Ebaybanned.

1. You generally get what you pay for. The quality of their gear will probablynot be equal to that sold on higher-priced websites. I've received a few items, however, that are the same items sold for twice or three times the price elsewhere.

2. If you ever do have the need to contact EBB about a problem or question, try to use the simplest English possible to get your point across. Most of their employees read/write English as a second language and this is not the time to impress them with your expansive vocabulary.

3. I've found that generally shipping times to Canada will be about 10 to 14 calendar days from the time your order status changes from 'pending' to 'Ship U ASAP.' If you don't receive your order after the second full week, you should contact them with your four-digit order number to request a tracking number.

4. The 'status' of your order on their website will never show as 'Shipped.' It will instead say 'Ship U ASAP.' Although this could be interpreted as not being shipped and still being 'in the works,' I believe that this indicates that the product has actually shipped.

5. Check the 'in stock' quantity of the item shown before you add it to your cart. The quantity may show as '0' or even '-1' on the product information pages but will still allow you to add-to-cart. Not trying to buy something they don't actually have will save you and them a lot of trouble with explanations and refunds etc.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Odd but good selection, Cheap prices even for overseas, "Free" Shipping, Strange but competent customer service
Negative aspects of the product (cons):	Shipping time could be fast, almost no guns, Hit or mis on quality on some of their TAC gear

I've always liked Ebay Banned as they have alot of those odds and ends in internal parts and external parts that one can't seem to find elsewhere to which I love using them for. They do have good customer service but I would echo as the other reviewers have said, they really need to take a few more English classes because deciphering their answers at times is more or less impossible. But despite that they are a very honst company that if you ask them to do it, and they understand what you meant, they will never hesitate to do it. I'm yet to have an issue that a few emails back and forth can't solve with them. About my only complaint is that their order processing to shipping time can be a bit excessive. A few months ago I ordered an Element Hopup chamber and Systema hopup bucking and it took them almost 3 weeks to ship it. It may have taken longer had I not finally emailed them so a wise idea would be, no matter what, email them a week or so after placing an order to "remind" them, just in case, to ship your order.
