Description: Just got back from Taskforce's monthly airsoft event with nothing but good things to say about the site and its staff.

Taskforce is a paintball field located just outside Cowbridge , south wales. It is a long established
woodland paintball site that has recently begun holding airsoft events once a month. The site has many and varied fields of play that include a dense woodland with interesting land features such as gullys and forts, a village with several towers, an
actual helicopter (crashed) donated by RAF ST Athan and an open area rich with concrete cover and things.

The game types played were both exciting and enjoyable, throughout the day it didnt seem at any point that you were sat about killing time or bored in the safe zone, the organisation and excecution of smoothly moving from one game to the next was brilliant and meant you really got your moneys worth, which by the way is only £10 for the day. As i said the games were incredibly varied with almost all of the most popular gametypes being played at some point in the day. Choices were also thrown to the players themselves which was great.

I personally think that games where respawns are allowed but limited are far better than no respawns.
as you get more time on the field and also you get more targets to shoot at. Taskforce's respawn poilices were very good and well suited to each game, i.e when playing quick speedball games at the start of the day (because we were still waiting for some of the players to arrive +1 to the organisers) then there were no respawns. but in longer territory or assasination gametyopes then limited respawns were used. A great way to ensure that most of the players are actually playing for most of the day rather than sitting in the safe zone waiting for the next game to start.

The staff were very welcoming , friendly and easy to talk to and were very good at getting the games going without delays. A bog thanks to everyone at Taskforce for making the day so enjoyable. And also the regular players were probably the friendliest ive come across. They were very welcoming to players new to the site and offered tactical insight into the various areas of the site.

the safe zone was also very nice , with a proper indoor toilet, electrical outlets for chargers ect and hot food available at lunchtime.
overall i would highly recommend the site and hope to see more people attending as the sites reputation grows.
