This is a clone of a mask that appeared on Evike a while back. They were being funny about shipping so when this appeared on Ebaybanned for 39 USD I gave it a go.
Usual sluggish delivery times later it arrives in just a Jiffy bag. Uh-oh.
Open it up - sure enough one of the sides is broken. To make things worse, the supplied strap would only have fitted the two side attachment points anyway, and not the top forehead point. To cap it all off, even if it wasn't broken and had the correct fittings - THE INSIDE OF THE NOSE AREA IS FLAT!!! It would be impossible to wear without spending a week tunnelling the bugger out.
Ebaybanned lists material simply as 'Plastic made', but I'd this mask is actualy made of fail.
Avoid this product.

Just a response the the previous review...
Yes, this mask has it's negatives - the missing over-the-head strap (which the original Matrix version includes) is a biggy, the mask is too heavy to do without the stability of this.
On the construction, the mask is made out of a *very* solid fiber-glass. This makes the mask very good protection BUT it also makes it brittle - hence the breakage of the other reviewers mask.
On the 'flat nose' issue - I don't see that myself, there is a recessed space for your nose - albeit narrow. More of the issue for me was the very small nostril holes for breathing - I had to drill these out a bit more for better ventilation (but no biggy there).
As I said, this mask - if you get it in one piece! - does offer very good protection because of it's solidity, but it is also very inflexible, so you may find it hinders sighting down an AEG when using a full stocked gun.
So - it has a lot of problems. But, it does have some good points - the original Matrix version is a very good design...
The design of the face is a million times better than those cheap asian soldier masks that are knocking about (that look like a tailors manikin). The face is actually quite scarey and intimidating.
Also, by sheer luck, this mask fits perfectly inside my Alpini bump lid - making a superb CQB all-in-one masked-helmet combo.
If the Matrix version was more available - like the previous poster I could not get any joy from Evike about shipping outside the USA - this might be a very good mask, but the only way we can get this style is to buy the Ebaybanned version...
This mask, even the Ebaybanned one, is better than the cheap plastic soldier face masks out there - but the brittle nature of the construction makes it just too hit and miss to order from Hong Kong...
Sadly, despite the fact it worked out for me, I must also say avoid this mask.
