I bought a few metal slides for my Glock 23f pistols a while ago, and figured that some enhanced recoil springs would give them a much more positive feel during normal operation.
While browsing WGC Shop's web site, I came across the Guarder Enhanced Glock 19 Recoil Springs. At only US$6.00 each (about £3.50 at the time), I bought one for every Glock I owned - and I'm glad I did.
The spring comes in the traditional Guarder 'sticky-bottomed' plastic bag, and amazingly, it comes with its own guide-rod. This was wonderful - no disassembling of the standard guide rods necessary!
To fit, you just take out the old recoil-rod and slap in the new one - 20 seconds and it's done!
With this spring fitted, the first thing I noticed was that pulling back the top-slide encountered greater resistance from the spring. Closer to the real-steel, but still not all the way there. Dropping the slide was even better - it flies forward instantly with no drag or lag associated with the standard spring sometimes. Very crisp, very fast, and with a metal slide fitted - a very nice "clack" noise when the slide hits the forward-stop.
When the gun is fired, the new spring really improves the performance - mostly on the metal-slided guns. The racking of the slide is faster and more positive, giving a much 'cleaner' feel to the action.
This isn't an essential purchase for everyone, but it does improve the feel of any KSC / KWA Glock 19 or 23f. If you have a metal slide fitted though, I would certainly recommend it.
The big plus though is the cost. Only about £3.50 for the whole assembly means that it is so affordable, it's hard not to want one.
10 out of 10 for an excellent product that benefits any Glock for minimal cost. Guarder - you've done it yet again - Top job!

After fitting the metal slide to my G19, I hesitated to get this set because the factory set seems fine. It's slow, but not slower than I can pull the trigger twice and lock. So I left it for 2 days.
Then I came across R22Master's review and thought, HEY THAT's NO FAir! So I went and get one from UN Co. I just came home btw and tried it.
For anyone who fitted their ksc glock with a metal slide, please get it. I wish I got it the day I got the slides. This is the cheapest and yet most satisfying upgrade I've ever done. Just make sure you lube the thing a bit before you try it, it came pretty dry
There's nothing left to say.

I bought 2 of these from firesupport for my pair of G19's , very nice bit of kit , only downside I found is that on the ones I had needed the shafts polishing to get rid of the "rings" on the shaft from manufacturing process,I guess in use they would worn smooth , but 2 minutes with fine wet and dry paper and the action was as smooth as the original spring guide but with added snap.
